Risotto with Mushroom Seasoning

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 1 litre mushroom broth
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 g fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons mushroom seasoning
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion until golden brown.
  2. Add the Arborio rice and stir continuously until the rice becomes translucent.
  3. Gradually pour in the mushroom broth, stirring constantly until the rice is al dente.
  4. Add the fresh mushrooms and mushroom seasoning, cook until the mushrooms are soft.
  5. Season with Parmesan, salt and pepper and serve immediately.

Baked Potatoes with Mushroom Seasoning

Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, washed and halved
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons mushroom seasoning
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Coat the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with the mushroom seasoning.
  3. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and salt them.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the potatoes are crispy and golden, about 45 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with a fresh salad or as a side to meat.
