Grandma's Chicken with Roasted Potatoes
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons of Grandma's Chicken Spice Mix
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Rub the chicken thighs with Grandma's Chicken Spice Mix, one tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potatoes with rosemary, the remaining olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken thighs and potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the chicken is well cooked through and the potatoes are crispy.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve garnished with fresh thyme.

Grandma's Chicken Risotto

Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 300 g of Arborio rice
- 2 tablespoons of Grandma's Chicken Spice Mix
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 700 ml of chicken broth
- 200 g of chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 100 ml of white wine
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Method:
- Heat the oil in a deep pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add garlic and chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until the chicken is almost cooked through.
- Add the rice and Grandma's Chicken Spice Mix, stir well, and cook until the rice starts to become translucent.
- Pour in the white wine and cook until the wine is absorbed.
- Gradually add the hot broth, stirring constantly, until the rice is soft but still has a "bite."
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let the risotto rest for a few minutes.
- Serve garnished with fresh basil leaves.

Chicken Soup with Grandma's Spices
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 1 l of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of Grandma's Chicken Spice Mix
- 1 medium-sized carrot, sliced
- 1 medium-sized parsley root, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 200 g of cooked chicken meat, torn into pieces
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Method:
- Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the carrot and parsley root and sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables soften.
- Add the garlic and Grandma's Chicken Spice Mix and cook for another minute until aromatic.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the torn chicken meat and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve with fresh thyme on top.

Economical (measuring sachets):
We will fill the spices into a paper bag for you, just like you would get them at the market. The bag will be labeled with the name of the spice. After delivery, we recommend transferring the spices to a spice jar or a resealable container to maintain their quality. This option is recommended for replenishing your home supplies.
Gift packaging (doypack):
We will send the spices to you in a gift packaging with a resealable doypack bag with a transparent window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant in it for a long time. The bag can be refilled multiple times. Choose this option if you do not have other airtight spice storage available or if you want to give it as a gift.
