Spaghetti with Chicken Pieces

Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 dried chili pepper, chopped, or 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 400 g chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 3 tablespoons aglio peperoncini seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add garlic and chili. Sauté until garlic lightly browns.
- Add chicken breasts and aglio peperoncini seasoning. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan with the chicken, toss to combine and heat through.
- Serve immediately with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan on top.

Preparation Time: 1 hour 15 minutes (including marinating)
Ingredients:
- 2 large steaks (e.g., ribeye or sirloin)
- 2 tablespoons aglio peperoncini seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the aglio peperoncini seasoning, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Coat the steaks with the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste and grill them to your desired level of doneness, typically 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let the cooked steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or salad.
