1st Recipe

Spaghetti with Chicken Pieces

Difficulty: easy

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 dried chili pepper, chopped, or 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 400 g chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 3 tablespoons aglio peperoncini seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add garlic and chili. Sauté until garlic lightly browns.
  3. Add chicken breasts and aglio peperoncini seasoning. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan with the chicken, toss to combine and heat through.
  5. Serve immediately with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan on top.

2nd Recipe

Grilled Steak

Difficulty: medium

Preparation Time: 1 hour 15 minutes (including marinating)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large steaks (e.g., ribeye or sirloin)
  • 2 tablespoons aglio peperoncini seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the aglio peperoncini seasoning, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Coat the steaks with the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  4. Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste and grill them to your desired level of doneness, typically 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  5. Let the cooked steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with grilled vegetables or salad.

We will send you the spices in a gift-ready, resealable doypack bag with a transparent window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and aromatic in it for a long time. The bag can be refilled multiple times. Choose this option if you don't have other sealable spice storage or if you want to give it as a gift.
