Grilled Bear's Neck Pork
Difficulty: medium
Preparation time: 3 hours + marinating
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of boneless pork neck
- 1 tablespoon of Bear's Grill original seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Juice of 1 orange
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method:
- Rinse the pork neck, dry it, rub with olive oil and Bear's Grill original seasoning.
- Add crushed garlic, honey, and orange juice, mix well and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Grill over direct heat until the meat is nicely cooked through and has a crispy crust, about 1 hour, depending on the strength of the fire.
- Remember to baste the meat with the marinade occasionally during grilling for better flavor.
- Slice and serve with potato salad.

Bear's Grilled Wings
Difficulty: easy
Preparation time: 1 hour + marinating
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon of Bear's Grill original seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Clean the chicken wings, season with salt, pepper, and thoroughly rub with Bear's Grill original seasoning.
- Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce, and marinate the wings in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Grill over medium-high heat, turning regularly until the wings are nicely crispy and well cooked, about 25-30 minutes.
- Serve warm with root vegetables or as a snack with beer.

After delivery, we recommend you transfer the spices into a spice jar or a sealable container to maintain their quality. This option is recommended for replenishing home supplies.
Gift Packaging (doypack):
We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
