Beef Steak
Difficulty: easy
Preparation Time: 15 minutes + marinating time
Ingredients:
- 2 beef steaks (e.g., rib-eye or sirloin), each weighing about 200 g
- 1 tablespoon of "Steak" seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method:
- Let the steaks rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and thoroughly rub with "Steak" seasoning on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the steak on both sides to your desired level of doneness.
- Let the cooked steak rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Grilled Steaks with Herb-Steak Butter
Difficulty: medium
Preparation Time: 25 minutes + resting time for the meat
Ingredients:
- 4 beef steaks (e.g., rib-eye or sirloin), each weighing about 200 g
- 1 tablespoon of "Steak" seasoning
- 100 g of butter at room temperature
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme and rosemary), chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method:
- Let the steaks rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the butter with crushed garlic, chopped herbs, and 1 tablespoon of "Steak" seasoning.
- Place the butter mixture in foil and shape into a roll. Let it harden in the refrigerator.
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and rub with the remaining "Steak" seasoning.
- Grill on a preheated grill to your desired level of doneness.
- Garnish the cooked steaks with a slice of herb-steak butter and let them rest a bit before serving.

We will fill the spices into a paper bag for you, just as you would get spices at the market. The bag will be labeled with the name of the spice. After delivery, we recommend you transfer the spices into a spice jar or a sealable container to maintain their quality. This option is recommended for replenishing home supplies.
Gift Packaging (doypack):
We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
