Easy Cheese Salad

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon of "Vegetable Salad and Cheese" seasoning
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, mix chopped iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
- Add crumbled feta cheese and "Vegetable Salad and Cheese" seasoning.
- Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Let the salad sit for a while to blend the flavors, then serve.
2. Recipe
Baked Vegetable Pasta with Cheese
Difficulty: medium
Preparation time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., farfalle)
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 150 g mozzarella, grated
- 1 tablespoon of "Vegetable Salad and Cheese" seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Method:
- Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
- In a pan with olive oil, fry the zucchini and bell pepper until golden.
- Mix the pasta with the vegetables, cream, half of the mozzarella, and "Vegetable Salad and Cheese" seasoning.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese starts to brown.
- Serve warm as a main dish or as a hearty dinner.

After delivery, we recommend you transfer the spices into a spice jar or a sealable container to maintain their quality. This option is recommended for replenishing home supplies.

We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
