Recipe 1
Angel Wings in Honey-Chili Glaze
Difficulty: easy
Preparation time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons Angel Wings seasoning
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds and spring onion for garnish
Instructions:
- Rinse the chicken wings, pat them dry, and evenly season them with the Angel Wings seasoning blend.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and garlic to create the glaze.
- Transfer the wings to a baking dish, pour half of the glaze over them, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
- Then, flip the wings, pour the remaining glaze over them, and bake for another 25-30 minutes until they are perfectly crispy and the glaze thickens.
- Garnish the finished wings with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion.

Stuffed Angel Wings

Preparation time: 1 hour 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 10 deboned chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons Angel Wings seasoning
- 200 g ground pork
- 50 g cooked rice
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Season the deboned chicken wings with salt, pepper, and the Angel Wings seasoning blend.
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, cooked rice, chopped garlic, grated carrot, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill each wing with a spoonful of the stuffing and secure the opening with a toothpick to prevent the filling from leaking out.
- Place the wings on parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and well-cooked.
- Remove the toothpick before serving and serve the wings with fresh salad or your favorite side dish.

The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant in it for a long time. The bag can be refilled multiple times. Choose this option if you do not have other airtight spice storage available or if you want to give it as a gift.
