Chicken Thighs with Asta 180 Paprika

Ingredients:

4 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons of sweet paprika Asta 180
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon (juice)
Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley) for garnish

Instructions:

Preparing the marinade: In a large bowl, mix olive oil, crushed garlic, sweet paprika Asta 180, oregano, ground cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
Marinating the chicken: Coat the chicken thighs thoroughly in the prepared marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight in the refrigerator, so the spices can penetrate the meat.
Baking: Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake for about 35–40 minutes until they are golden and juicy inside. During baking, you can baste them with the juices from the pan.
Serving: Sprinkle the finished thighs with fresh herbs, like parsley, and serve with a side of your choice, such as roasted potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad.
