Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons whole green peppercorns (lightly crushed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or thyme) for garnish

Preparing the chicken breasts:
- Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts. Season with salt and sprinkle with lightly crushed green peppercorns on both sides.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 6–8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let them rest for 5 minutes after grilling.
