Chicken Breast in Chanterelle Sauce

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of "Chanterelle Spice Mix"
250 ml of cooking cream
Salt and black pepper to taste

Method:

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and coat in "Chanterelle Spice Mix".
Fry the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown in olive oil.
Add the cream and let the sauce simmer with the spices for a few minutes to combine the flavors.
Serve the chicken breasts with the sauce and a side of your choice, such as rice or pasta.

Roasted Potatoes with Chanterelle Seasoning

Difficulty: Medium

Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

6 medium-sized potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of "Chanterelle Spice Mix"
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Wash, dry, and cut the potatoes into quarters or eighths depending on size.
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, "Chanterelle Spice Mix", chopped garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss the potatoes in the mixture to evenly coat them.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40–45 minutes until crispy and golden.
Serve as a side dish or as a main course with a fresh salad.
