Chicken Breast in Chanterelle Sauce

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of "Chanterelle Spice Mix"
- 250 ml of cooking cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and coat in "Chanterelle Spice Mix".
- Fry the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown in olive oil.
- Add the cream and let the sauce simmer with the spices for a few minutes to combine the flavors.
- Serve the chicken breasts with the sauce and a side of your choice, such as rice or pasta.

Roasted Potatoes with Chanterelle Seasoning
Difficulty: Medium
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 6 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of "Chanterelle Spice Mix"
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Wash, dry, and cut the potatoes into quarters or eighths depending on size.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, "Chanterelle Spice Mix", chopped garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potatoes in the mixture to evenly coat them.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40–45 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Serve as a side dish or as a main course with a fresh salad.

After delivery, we recommend you transfer the spices into a spice jar or a sealable container to maintain their quality. This option is recommended for replenishing home supplies.

We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
