Classic Margherita with Pizza Roma Seasoning

Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 500 g pizza dough
- 200 g tomato puree
- 200 g mozzarella
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Pizza Roma seasoning blend
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to the highest possible temperature.
- Roll out the dough into a thin crust and place it on parchment paper.
- Mix the tomato puree with the Pizza Roma seasoning and spread it on the dough.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices and evenly distribute it on the dough.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.

Pizza Prosciutto with Pizza Roma Seasoning

Ingredients:
- 500 g pizza dough
- 200 g tomato puree
- 150 g thin slices of prosciutto
- 250 g mozzarella
- Arugula
- Shaved Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Pizza Roma seasoning blend
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to the highest possible temperature.
- Roll out the dough and place it on parchment paper.
- Mix the tomato puree with the Pizza Roma seasoning and spread it on the dough.
- Tear the mozzarella into pieces and evenly distribute it on the puree.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Immediately after removing from the oven, place prosciutto slices on top, sprinkle with arugula and Parmesan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.

We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
