Grilled Bear's Neck Pork

Difficulty: medium

Preparation time: 3 hours + marinating

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of boneless pork neck
  • 1 tablespoon of Bear's Grill original seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

  1. Rinse the pork neck, dry it, rub with olive oil and Bear's Grill original seasoning.
  2. Add crushed garlic, honey, and orange juice, mix well and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  3. Grill over direct heat until the meat is nicely cooked through and has a crispy crust, about 1 hour, depending on the strength of the fire.
  4. Remember to baste the meat with the marinade occasionally during grilling for better flavor.
  5. Slice and serve with potato salad.

Bear's Grilled Wings

Difficulty: easy

Preparation time: 1 hour + marinating

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon of Bear's Grill original seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Clean the chicken wings, season with salt, pepper, and thoroughly rub with Bear's Grill original seasoning.
  2. Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce, and marinate the wings in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat, turning regularly until the wings are nicely crispy and well cooked, about 25-30 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with root vegetables or as a snack with beer.
