Grilled Sirloin Steaks
Difficulty: easy
Preparation Time: 20 minutes + marinating
Ingredients:
- 4 sirloin steaks (beef steaks)
- 1 tablespoon "Sirloin Steak" spice mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Drizzle the sirloin steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with the "Sirloin Steak" spice mix. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the sirloin steaks on both sides for 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
- Let the meat rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with roasted potatoes or fresh salad.

Sirloin Steaks in Red Wine Sauce
Difficulty: medium
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 4 sirloin steaks (beef steaks)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 250 ml red wine
- 1 tablespoon "Sirloin Steak" spice mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
- Pat dry the sirloin steaks and season them with the "Sirloin Steak" spice mix.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the sirloin steaks on both sides to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the meat and let it rest.
- In the pan, sauté the onions and garlic in the meat fat until golden brown.
- Add red wine and cook until the volume reduces by half.
- Stir in the butter into the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the sirloin steaks with the red wine sauce and boiled potatoes or vegetables.

We will fill the spices into a paper bag for you, just as you would get spices at the market. The bag will be labeled with the name of the spice. After delivery, we recommend you transfer the spices into a spice jar or a sealable container to maintain their quality. This option is recommended for replenishing home supplies.
Gift Packaging (doypack):
We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
