Ingredients: St. John's wort, St. John's wort, St. John's wort, contryhella wort, lemon balm, lemon balm, rosemary leaf, comfrey root

Use: tsp of the mixture pour 1/2l of boiling water, let stand for 10 min, strain, drink morning and evening.

ATTENTION: Do not take the tea during menstruation!

TIP: if you avoid herbal teas because you don't have time to constantly wash out the herb strainer, use our Bombilla. The Bombilla is a straw, topped with a strainer, through which you don't strain the herbs. After drinking the tea, you simply rinse the sediment out of the mug.
